I love cheese...

Bismillah wal hamdulillah...

Sy xsuka sgt cheese cake version hat creamy2 tuh... yg kena bakar kena guna kaedah bain marie, double boiler, water bath sgala tuh...sy mmg agak 'takut' nk cuba any recipes yg libatkan cream cheese byk2 tuh... ouh anyway ada jgk resepi kek cheese yg unbaked... rasa cam xleh nk trima je so lbh prefer yg bake pnya... cheese ni kalu xkena adunan dia mmg leh muak kan? dok tertangguh2 nk cuba resepi Japanese Cotton Soft Cheese Cake... sbb tgk cam simpel jek cara nk buat sbb xperlu kaedah bain marie tuh... resepi pun mudah je... :) n kalu bleh nk transfer jadi swissroll... tgk mcm mana kekdahnya... menjadik ka dak...

Malam td tdoq kul 4pg semata2 nk bereksperimen... nk harap waktu siang mmg xdptla... alhamdulillah hasil adalah sgt best! half daripada JCSCC Swissroll tuh habes daku kerjakan... nak2 letak filling creamcheese+freshcream sket... perghhh terbaek sbb tekstur kek JCSCC (amboi terbelit lidah nk menyebut!) sgt soft+fluffy+gebu+ringan... xrasa masuk mulut cam halus jek... kalu letak topping rasanya mesti lg best... topping choc ganache, blueberry atau strawberry... biar melimpah ruah cam tuh... 

So sgtla recommended resepi ni utk dicuba...arituh da cuba creamcheese swissroll recipe chef alex goh... best jgk cuma rasanya a bit light... makna kata light cheese la n sesuai utk org yg xsuka sgt rasa cheese tp still lembut+sedap+yummeh... yg sy cuba smlm mmg heavy cheezy... sesuai utk org yg mmg suka rasa cheese heavy2 tp xmuak... mcm sy! :) suka rasa cheese  yg kuat tp xmo yg mcm unbaked tuh...xbest... akhirnya jmpa kek cheese yg mudah n sedap cam nehs... sapa nk order bleh ye... sila tinggalkan komen disini... hehe :)

Err... tukar lah oder. Swissroll oren+ jem strawberi. Lagi satu nak JCSCC ( btul ke)? Hehe. Inti dia apa ek? Kalau jem ke blueberry ke ok gak ^_^ nnti akak pm ek total price :D
